Creating Desktop Shortcut

I have created a deployment package for an access mde program using the Visual Studios .NET Setup and Deployment.  The problem is, to get the program to execute the desired way I need to have
"C:\Program Files\...\MSACCESS.EXE" "C:\...\file.mde" /Runtime

appear in the Target of the shortcut.  I know how to add the /Runtime, but the problem is putting the microsoft access path in front of the program's path. Any ideas would be helpful.

Get it out of the registry at

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\App Paths\MSACCESS.EXE

Thanks for the help,

I'm not sure I follow what you are saying.  If I point the shortcut to the mde file the microsoft installer adds the [TARGETDIR] to the shortcut's target first and then all the arguments follow.  So where do I add the registry information? (In the arguments section or elsewhere)  If it is the arguments then I will still have the problem of the order that the paths appear in.

Why don't you make a shortcut to MSAccess and have one of your arguments be the MDE file?
