release schedule?

with the 1 year support, one gets free updates.  I'm not that familiar with fogbugz history - how often are releases made?  every year, every two years?  And how much is it to upgrade otherwise?

Our release schedule is not very predictable.
1.0 was November 2000
2.0 was April 2001
3.0 was November 2002

Generally we'll shoot for a major release every 18 months - 24 months, but we don't commit to anything in advance.

Upgrade prices: 2.0 users were able to upgrade to 3.0 for about 75% of the price of the original purchase.
