timing out....

Hi there,
We have a trial installation of FogBugz. My session keeps timing out which is very annoying as I am losing case text entries (and there is no save button). What settings do I need to change to stop this happening please?
Also it doesn't remember who I am - something to do with cookies?

Sounds like it may be this:

But how long is it before your "session" times out? 60 minutes? Or 60 seconds? ASP session timeout is a setting in IIS. But you may have something else going on altogether.

Are you using the windows version of FogBugz?

On the trial server, you have to have cookies enabled for it to remember who you are.  Log Off, then select Log On, and check the box that says "Remember me at this computer".  Now don't click log off when you are done using FogBugz, just close your browser... it will keep you logged on.

You may want to add try.fogbugz.com to your trusted sites in IE.
