Capturing Bugs/Inquiries/Features through e-mail

When capturing bugs using scoutSubmit or Bugzscout, it is possible to have the exact same bug appended to an existing case instead of creating a new case for each submitted bug.

Is this possible when using the mailbox feature and pulling in e-mail if the subject is the same as a pre-existing case ??

It has to have "Case XXX" in the subject line.. An email with the same subject will just generate a new case IIRC.

Jonathan is correct.  If it has Case xxxx in the subject then it will append to that case.
