Error when Replying and Atttaching
Here are the steps to reproduce:
1. Click "reply" to a case that was started from an email.
2. Type a response in the email textarea.
3. Click on browse to attach a file (let's say I want to add a report I just built).
4. Browse for the file and click OK.
5. Click "Send"
You get the following error:
Error sending mail to : "[Recipient Name]" Unable to open file: C:\[path]\[file]
It seems that it is trying to send the mail with the attachment before the attachment has been uploaded. Trying a second time works fine.

Actually this is just specific to your environment. My first guess is that you're using Win2003, is that true?
It sounds like an intermittent permissions problem on the FileUploads folder.
