Opened-by for e-mail submitted issues
It appears that issues submitted by e-mail area always opened under an existing user account. Would like to have these opened from a dedicated user 'Email Request', but it appears to do this you need to create a new user (burning a license) and set that user up with an e-mail (make one up?), etc.
Another request, if the e-mail is from a licensed user (i.e., the from e-mail matches a user in the system). It would be great is the issue was shown as created by them in the system. Would allow people to enter cases from places where web access in isn't available.
