New case with email address

I'd like to be able to enter the email address for the person reporting an issue when entering a new case - and/or when later reviewing the case.
At the moment, as far as I can tell, you can only enter an email address using the "public submission" form - which requires you to log off from Fogbugz.

Am I missing a way of doing this, or could an email address field be added to the "new case" form?
