The Old FogBugz Forum - Cannot submit bugs

Cannot submit bugs - Please help

We have set up fogbugz and are testing it. Seems like when remote users log into our site (IP address) and then into fogbugz, and they enter a new bug, it doesnt allow them to do so. The get the error listed below in the browser. Any help is appreciated.

Pay particular attention to the part that starts:
"Choose "Edit" on the Directory Security tab"

Make sure that user has read/write permissions on the fogbugz database in sql server. (I'm assuming you are using SQL server).
