Feature request: case dependencies

We think that a useful feature would be to assign a "waiting on" attribute to a case.

If case A is waiting on case B to be resolved, case A would magically disappear from the list of cases and magically reappear once case B is resolved.

In addition, case B would have an attribute listing the number of cases waiting on it, such as "There are X cases waiting for this case to be resolved."
