Anyone using SQL Server 7?

Just trying to figure out how many people are using 7 vs. 2000...

We're on SQL 7 SP3 here.  We tried an upgrade to SQL 2000 and ran into some huge performance problems (related to the front end we use, Access 2000).  So we downgraded back to SQL 7 and we're rewriting everything for a myriad of reasons.

(First:  Access sucks as a front end once you get to a certain point in development.  Second:  A2K is probably the worst version of Access I've worked with.  Third:  I'm solely responsible for the design and development of said database, I'm allowed to insult it. ;))

Does full text searching work for you?

Seems to.  A common request we have is to make a report cover multiple offices.  A full text search for "multi AND office" brought back the expected results.

I do remember Full Text Search having to be chosen during installation.  Is that not the case for SQL 2K?

We are using SQL Server 7, and full-text searching appears to be working for us.
