Problem submitting bug
I recently filled out and submitted a bug, and the "confirmation page" had a message saying "Thank you for your inquiry". I noticed that the top of the screen said "Not logged on" so the system must have timed me out. However, after that I logged on again and the bug was nowhere to be found. I know this is because we have external submission turned off, but the "Thank you" message is misleading. Ideally it would say something like "You may not submit this case since you are not logged on. Please type your password to log on and submit this case." Otherwise the person may go on thinking the bug was submitted when it really wasn't. As it was, I had to re-enter the bug over again. Not too much trouble, but presents a scary scenario of bugs slipping through the cracks.
