Is it possible to assign a bug or inquiry back to the customer without giving the customer a license? Basically, we have a situation that the customer must answer questions regarding their data, so we would like to assign the bug to them. When they return with the information, we will re-assign the bug to a developer.
Have the customer email in the request and set up a mailbox for FogBugz to check. Then you can email the customer from within FB and the conversation is recorded. If the case is closed, when they respond it will be reopened. This is how we handle our customer service Inbox.
