Knowledge Base Integration
I like the discussion board feature of the new FogBugz, and in that spirit, I'd like to suggest a feature (sorry if this has been done before).
We're evaluating how to publish support issues on our website. While not all bug reports should be published on a support site, some important ones are.
It would be nice to have it in one house, instead of managing it separately.
FogBugz users could create KB articles from bugs in the database, and the software would add all the nice things like versions affected, dates, etc.
