Our policy is that we don’t announce release dates until they are imminent, and we don’t announce future features until they are built and ready for release. For a more complete description of our policy (and philosophy) you could read this article by our CEO Joel Spolsky:
Sorry to pick holes, but "you" (fogbugz engineers) have said certain features will be available. You have also said that you are working on testing the next release. So surley a release must be imminent?
Thanks for your comments. I understand your need to be aware of future features in FogBugz and as soon as this information is available we will make it public. The current version does support integration with SVN, so you shouldn't have any problems there (it is what we use in house). If you need the integration script or help just send us an email through our website.

We are reading these answers for over a year now.
Why will it cost them customers? Support contracts possibly (but not certainly) but the product itself works as well now as it did a year ago. Yes one might like more features but the lack of same doesn't stop it working. Besides the money for support doesn't just go to ongoing development...
