Search not working correctly

After having suspicious that the search function wasn't working correctly in FogBugz I opened one of our open cases that had the word "attempting" in the body of the case.  I searched for "attempting" (without the quotes of course), and retrieved no results.

My search was case-sensitive and I even tried a wildcard (attemp*), still no luck.  We currently have 3.1.9 (DB 328) installed.

It's possible that you don't have your full text search set up correctly.

If you are using SQL server, check here:


Also, if you are using SQL server, and you add a case, you won't be able to full text index it until the JOB runs that repopulates your full text catalog.  You can set that to run more often but the default is nightly.
