Version the same across projects
I started to get some odd reports from people reporting bugs, related to versions. There are a few different, unrelated projects in our FogBUGZ database, and when a user inputs a version in the new bug form, that same version appears in all future new bug form's. This makes sense for bugs within a project, but if the bug is in a different project, then the version will probably be different.
For example, I have two projects A and B. In project A, the user put in version 1.0 as the version. Later, she created a new bug for project B, and the default version came up as 1.0. The problem is, project B is at version 2.1!
I understand the reasoning behind this, but it makes for some odd bug reports when people are testing multiple projects at once. I would like to be able to turn this off, or, have it only maintain the current version within a project (best solution).
