Export to offline Knowledge Base

While we perform support activities in an environment where where webaccess is not a problem we have people providing 1st level support in an environment where access to the internet is very limited (or not possible) and they cannot use the search functionality to search for cases that might help them in solving problems.

Is it possible to export solved support cases (e.g. to a compiled html file or something) that we can then send to the folks in the field so that they can perform searches on already solved cases?

cheers and thanks

You could save the HTML pages from specific cases and put them in a knowledge base... or on an intranet.  Or you could even work up some way of adding an external interface which took keywords, and case numbers ... then they could search by keywords, get a fogbugz case and click on a link to show the case.  None of this is built in currently.
