Is there an automatic escalation procedure?

e.g. If using time estimates for resolution (or a stage within that), as manager I would want  to be referred all bugs (and maybe features) that had missed the time target.

In fact I would probably want to be referred in various ways such as a list of high priority cases n days/hours in advance of target.

Such referral would seem to fit in with the work flow and filters but needs to be trigger based rather than enquiry based.

While I'm here, an Issues category would be very useful.
