Installing fogbugz gives a IIS error

Hello all,

I'm trying to install fogbugz on a windows 2000 server running IIS 5.5.  Should be as simple as running the setup.exe and following the onscreen instructions. The setup warns me about norton antivirus scriptblocking is enabled.  We are using norton corporate antivirus 800.9374. I  continue the fogbugz installation process. When the setup wants to install and tries to update de IIS server I get the following error;
An internal error occured connecting to IIS, which usually menas thtat IIS is not installed prperly on this server. More details(method CallAppCreateMethod calling invoke - AppCreate, hresult=80020009)

The installation will rollback.  Has anybody had similar problems?

Greetings, John-Paul.

I've seen this once before on a machine which didn't have IIS installed correctly.  Can you try uninstalling and reinstalling IIS from the add/remove control panels, windows components?
