Translations to other languages

Have you planned to translate FogBugz to any other language ?

I know I can do this by myself by editing the lang.asp page (is this the only place I'd find text ?), but I would loose any customization on the next update.

P.S. I could do the translation to French and send the page back to you.

P.P.S. Also, it would be nice to be able to change the language at any time.

Ex.: A client might prefer to enter a bug seeing English captions while another might prefer French captions.

We are considering doing translations in the future.  We would be glad to accept your french translation of lang.asp but we cannot guarantee when/if we would release it.  It would be safe for you to do the translation though, because that file rarely changes and usually the changes are additions (at the bottom of the file), so you could just swap your lang.asp back in when you upgrade to a new version.

Concerning being able to change the language on the fly... this is unlikely to be implemented because the descriptions for the bugs are not going to be translated, so allowing the user to switch the interface doesn't make much sense when the rest of the case is still in one language.
