Resolve Assignment Question...

Hi.  Pretty new to FogBugz; however, I do have a question that I cannot find an answer for anywhere else...

Let's say that person Q opens up a new inquiry.  Now, person Q assigns the inquiry to person Z.  So, when Z goes to resolve the bug or inquiry, Z is told that the bug is still assigned to Q, but is resolved by Z.  Why is Z not the "assignee" since Q initially assigned the inqury to Z?

It works like this:

A opens the bug, assigns it to B.
B fixes the bug and resolves it (this automatically assigns it back to A, so A can verify the fix and close the bug).

Does that clear it up?

What if you don't want the bug to automatically be assigned back to A, because your organization doesn't work that way.  In other words, the person who submits a bug isn't necessarily the one who verifies that it has been fixed.  Is there any way to change that behavior?
