Email notification to non-users
Sorry if this has been touched on before:
Since the users are not full fledged users and may be customers or clients or beta testers... It isn't clear how much information they should receive about a resolved case. Thats why the fogbugz user who resolves the case has the option of notifying or not notifying the user who opened the case, using the "Reply" feature.
