Help with directing incoming mail to a case

I am running fog bugz, and just set up a new project to handle all of our outside email support.  I have 3 email accts




I would like to map this so that incoming mail goes to this external support project (easy to do) but then gets further deliniated so that bug gets mapped automatically as a bug, help gets automatically mapped as an inquiry, and feature gets automatically mapped as a feature request....

Any way of doing this?

Not currently.. You could easily make a change to the source (in dispatcho.asp) to do it though.. but currently all incoming mail is designated as an 'inquiry'.

One nice thing about having things come in as Inquiries is that something isn't categorized as a BUG until someone internally has looked at the email and decided that it's really a bug. It gives you the opportunity to "quarantine" user emails in their own little place until somebody decides that they're really bugs.
