Escape key killed my text

Just now I was writing up a long bug report in FogBUGZ 3.0.5 on a Win98 machine with IE5.5.  I accidentally hit the ESC key while I was in the Description box and lost everything I had typed, and I can't seem to get it back.

I don't know if this is something FogBUGZ can control or if it's an IE thing, but it would be nice not to have that happen.  Is there an IE setting that I could change to fix this, or some other workaround?

I'm not sure if there's anything we can do about that (I'll look into JavaScript).

Ctrl+Z (undo) should get it back right after you hit Esc.

Hi Joel,

Just now when I tried CTRL+Z it worked as you said.  I think what I must have done when I sent my original message was hit Escape *twice* while I was entering my text.  In that case, CTRL+Z doesn't help.

Anyway, it's not a big deal.  Thanks for the response!

I believe the "ESC" key twice is an IE thing.  It happens by deafult with every form I've seen.  (Even this one)
