User Interface Bug?

Suppose a case has already been entered and someone wishes to revise its classifications (Project, Area, Fix For, Priority, etc.)

There seems to be a FIXED order presumed: Project BEFORE Fix For.  I would prefer no fixed order, meaning that every selection in a drop down control stays regardless of which other drop down controls are visited.

1. To Repro:
Open an existing case.  Note the Fix For value.  Note the Project value.
Now Change Fix For to another value.
THEN change Project to another value.

2. What happens?
The Project value changes (expected), BUT the Fix For value has been RESET to its former value!

3. Desired behavior.
Project value changes and Fix For is unchanged by this action.

(I am using FB 3.0.5)

It's because different fix-fors are valid for different projects, so when you change the project, new fix-fors become available in the drop down.

However, there are two groups of Fix-For's: for a specific project, and for all projects.

The usability issue arises when one is using a "for all projects" fix-for.
