Customer field


We are currently evaluating FogBUGZ and we have a question.

We noticed there is no field to register the customer who brought up a case.
In communicating to our customers, we like to have quick overview of all cases and their status that were brought up by that customer.

Is that possible with FogBUGZ? If so, how?

I think you are using "the customer who brought up a case" to mean "the customer who opened a case." If this is true, then you can make a filter to show all bugs opened by any particular FogBUGZ user, regardless of who has them assigned at the moment.

I'd like to see this feature as well. There is no way to easily filter out all the bugs called in by Customer X. Right now we put a 'customer=' tag in the bug description and then search on it but that is less than ideal.  Filtering on the opened by field like David suggested doesn't make sense because we don't have seperate user accounts set up for each of our customers.
