having trouble with (before/after today)

I'm trying to use either the (before today) or (before publishdate) condition in a loop and I get:

Script Error: poorly formed foreach condition " (before publishdate) SortDescendBy .fileddate" in \index.html

What I've got is:

{$foreach x in (before publishdate)SortDescendBy .fileddate$}

It works fine if I try it with a specific date e.g.

{$foreach x in (before 2001/12/31) SortDescendBy .fileddate$}

Can you see the mistake or post a quick example?

I think it's a bug we actually introduced in one of the recent betas. I will email you a DLL file which I think will fix it.
