Naming conventions...

I am testing this software and publising to an NT4/IIS server that is set up to take default.htm as the front page. Obviously all I need to do is rename index.html in CityDesk to default.htm and so far as I can tell this isn't a problem. However, it might be a useful option on creating a new site to be asked what you want the front page to be called (ie: you might want an ASP page for your front page and be able to name it default.asp for an IIS server...)

Just a thought...

This isn't a big problem.  But in "Preview" CityDesk wants to show you the "index.html"  If you don't have one of those, CityDesk shows a list of all of your HTML pages instead. I've gotten used to it and see advantages in doing it that way.

As I was getting used to it, I wanted to edit "Preview" so I could tell CityDesk to show my "index.htm" instead of "index.html."
