Why my computer refuses to run CD?
Despite 4 installations, desinstalling IE6 several times, upgrading to the latest version, registring everything in the Triedit directory, etc, etc. (as indicated in the KB), CD still refuses to work and I still have the same punition:
(this is in French, so I translate):
"V.1.0.31 Starter Edition: filename ou class not found during an automatic process: 432DHTMLLoader:LoadDHTML:1020
Windows Version Microsoft Windows 2000 Workstation Version 5.0 Service Pack 3 (Build 2195) IE Version: Internet Explorer 6.0.2800"
BTW, this is hapenning when I click "to get started, click here", funny, isn't it?
Indeed, I did everything, even going back to IE 4.0 and reinstalling the whole stuff. What's wrong? Which file is missing?
Please help before I kill that damn computer....

Actually, you might want to try download the latest scripting runtime from Microsoft at
I think its 5.6. Install that and hopefully your problem will disappear.

Thank you Michael, indeed.
My computer is now safe. It won't be destroyed.
Thank you for your valuable input.
This was actually the problem.
I can now use the product.
