View/HTML bug?

Steps to reproduce

1) Create a new  HTML document.
2) Open it. It will open in the HTML View
3) Click the menu item View/HTML Source (Yes, it is already checked)

What seems to happen is that the source gets altered. For instance, the default html doc contains these lines:

<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=windows-1252">
<meta name="GENERATOR" content="Fog Creek CityDesk 1.0.3">

But the procedure above creates a doc with these Meta tags

<META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=unicode">
<META content="MSHTML 5.50.4807.2300" name=GENERATOR></HEAD>

This behaviour also manifests when you click View/HTML-Source on an existing (ie, not-new)  html file
