Picking Tiny Nits about Edit

When in Article|Normal View a right click on the body of the text produces `Select All' as an option. In HTML View, however, right click does _not_ produce `Select All' as an option (although you can click on `Edit' and get it). It would be nice if `Select All' was available both places.

An addition, which may go contrary to some written or unwritten Windows rules is to _also_ provide a single option for `Select All+Copy' That is perhaps the key combination I use most often (along with `Select All+Delete' and having it available on a single click would be some help.

A "standard" way of doing "select-all copy" would be Ctrl-A Ctrl-C. Ctrl-A is select all in most windows apps.
