How do I have the image in the Address Bar?

I do not know the name for this, so I will have to be descriptive.

I have seen some web-sites have a little immage next tyo the URL on the address bar. And when I bookmark thier page it appears in my bookmark list next to their stored URL.

Is this possible to insert with CityDesk or is this not related to CityDesk?

I have a simple webhosting plan where I can upload pages and thats it. I cannot program at the server level or do anything fancy like that.

It's a special type and sized graphic called "favicon.ico" There are some free programs that create them. They've been discussed on the forum. Google can help you learn more.

My server os is FreeBSD.  Is it still possible to ahve a favicon?

I could not find material on this - most were related to Windows.

Try a google search to learn all about them.  The first entry I found looks pretty informative (above).

Whether, when and how it is displayed is browser dependent.  Any server will do.  You just place the image file on the server

You must paint yours ico as 16*16 pixels image (desirable use 16 colors) and save icon as 'favicon.ico' in root directory of your site. For edit icon you need special program like IconWorkshop or other.
In all your CityDesk-template or html-files you have to insert tag <link> in sections <head>. This tag may be one of that:
<link rel="SHORTCUT ICON" href="/favicon.ico">
<link rel="icon" type="ico" href="/favicon.ico">

May be this tag is not necessary, but this is may be simplest way to add icon to your site.
