Default file for Preview?

I vaguely remember reading something about this before, but can't find it in the help, here or in Terry's archives.

Basically what I want to know is how to define a file other than index.html for Preview to default to showing?

When working with existing sites that I've imported into CD I don't always have the luxury of deciding on the name e.g. default.htm.

Does anyone know how we can tell it which file to show first given we can't edit the settings in the Publish dialog for Preview?

[A fake index.html with a redirect or duplicated copy isn't my first choice]

Any help most gratefully accepted.

I don't think you can change the preview default but you can type "default.html" or whatever to replace "index.html" in the address field of the preview window.

Or define an index.htm that auto-redirects to default.htm, or whatever.
