Bug : Character-entity mangling

I guess this will get fixed when the HTML edit control is changed, but  I thought I'd put it up anyhow.

1. In HTML view, insert (for example) →
2. Switch to normal view. It's displayed as a right-arrow - as expected.
3. Switch to HTML view. Surprise! It's been converted to a "?".
4. Switch to normal view. Yup, it's really a "?" now.

If you want these in your pages, you have to put them in a variable, or create them by some non-CD means such as JS.

yep, the next version will fix this in the sense that all output from the next version will be UTF-8, so it's ok to have any kind of unicode character in the text because CityDesk will write it out as UTF-8 when publishing.
