Not directly related to CD, but...

... since there are so many bright people in this forum, I'll take my chances.

Does anyone know why IE shows XML source for a XHTML file instead of the rendered content? Sometimes it shows the source, sometimes the content... I can't seem to find the problem, but I've noticed that if I remove the first comment line that CityDesk produces (<!-- Published by...), it works ok, but not always...

Here are the first few lines of the code:

<?xml version="1.0" encoding="windows-1252"?>
<!DOCTYPE html PUBLIC "-//W3C//DTD XHTML 1.0 Transitional//EN"

<html xmlns="" xml:lang="es-mx" lang="es-mx">

Using transitional mode in !doctype invokes the standards-compatible mode in newer browsers. You should probably also use this tag: <?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?> instead of the one you mention.

Strange... I changed from "transitional" to "strict", and UTF-8 encoding and now it works... How come.
