(Not) Publishing Empty Files

Let's say I'd like to use articles which are just "holding" concent for me. They end up being congregated into "meta-articles". One example of this might be someone who blogs with CityDesk, and only wants to keep a per-month archive file, which congeals all the articles with a specific posting date.

The articles themselves are unimportant. Their content could very well be an empty template, which results in nothing generated.

In pre-SP1, this results in an empty file pushed up to the web server. HYPOTHETICALLY, has this changed for SP1? :)

Gah! That "concent" in the first paragraph should be "content".

unfortunately we didn't have time to fix this for SP1.

Silver lining: you can use the generated files as "permalinks" like I do with Joel on Software...
