RSS Feed for this Forum?

Having posted a couple of messages on this forum, I now need to remember to come back here to look for answers. And of course, I have no idea when to look.

That's why I generally prefer email--because the response comes to me, I don't have to remember to go look for it and I don't have to go back several times before the answer appears. (A day or two later, I'm liable to have forgotten the issue entirely. Emails remind me of such issues, and give me the answer, as well.)

So generally, I've avoided forums. But it strikes me that RSS is a pretty interesting solution for problems like this--and that a WebLog with comments, while not quite as nice as a Forum, would make another application for CityDesk.

On the other hand, maybe there is already an RSS feed and I just missed it...

Maybe you can take a look at Telepark's CityDesk screensaver, it has a RSS feed, I think.

Once these forums are converted to the new discussion format over at you will be able to subscribe to an rss feed of the forum.

Way cool! I'm looking forward to the conversion.

The folks at FogCreek have been *very* helpful. They've fielded a number of questions via email, and helped me through several difficulties. They also enouraged me to get active here, so the entire community can participate in and benefit from the discussions (and so the info can be captured in the knowledge base).

FYI: Very little of the solutions arrived at in this forum make their way over to the Knowledge base.  They just scroll of the screen to be lost to the black vortex of search engines that can't retrieve the conversations you know happened, but can no longer find.

So, we in the forum constantly rediscover what we discovered a year or two ago.

I try to capture the forum topics before the scroll off here:

The search box will find topics that have scrolled off.
