Lack of full CSS support

While I really quite like the basic idea of CityDesk, and I also like the way it works, I am sorely missing full CSS support (which is why I won't be starting to really use CD for now).

I'd really like to be able to highlight a paragraph and assign a CSS style to it, and CityDesk would then remember that style. Right now, when I have a <div>..</div> section and I manually change it to <div id="someID">...</div>, CityDesk will add another unnecessary <div>..</div> pair around it......

Any hope layouts / styles based on CSS will be fully supported in CD 3.0 ??

There's hope - we're all hoping it'll be there! :-)

Yea, it'd be an excellent addition. Can't imagine writing a CSS parser though - what a mess that'd be. Parsing html with all the mangling that goes through would be hard enough now you have to slip CSS into the middle of it. Big, very big project but a walk in the parf for FogCreek, I'd expect.
