second bug from the shift-jis bug..

ok I pasted the charset meta tag in and the formatting cleared up, but this extra "<" appeared in the page.. looking at the template it wasn't there and I thought that it was related to the "/>" type tag that I had below... but...


Later I noticed that I had copied "<META http-equiv=Content-Type content="text/html; charset=iso-8859-1"><" from the original page.. I must have pasted it in, and CD must have decided that it wasn't quite right and "removed" the trailing "<"... however it must have kept it somewhere - because it appeared in the preview.. once I edited the template it was over-written and everything fixed..
