Coin on a Table
The question emphasizes in Coin on a Table that the table's round, however as long as the table is symmetric about its center your solution works.
I.e: Square, rectangular, hexagonal, octagonal tables work. Triangular, pentangular don't work. Really wierd shapes work so long as they're symmentric (like S, Z, X, I and H shaped tables, but T and Y shaped tables wouldn't work)
An V or M shaped table would work if you modified it to place your coin directly opposite on the other side (left/right), AND if you could place your coid at the tip of the V such that no other coins could be placed that could cross the center line of the V.
