Nice new website for great interview questions

Just came across one of the most well designed sites for the most frequently asked interview questions

Its a very good website with questions and MOST importantly, real good answers to some of the most useful and most frequently asked questions in IT interviews. I just cannot believe someone took out the time to consolidate all this stuff and put it on the net. Definitely worth a look!
