daughter`s age
first,
when the second grad says "the product of their ages is 72 and the sum is on the building "
the first grad says "right, ok.. oh wait.. hmm, i still don't know" which means that there is more than one combination of ages that result in the product 72 and the same sum
by analysing all the different combinations we get the two sets as
1: 6 6 2
2: 8 3 3
now the second grad says "oh sorry, the oldest one just started to play the piano"
which means that there is only one daughter who is oldest and not two twins
so we can eliminate (6 6 2) and have (8 3 3)
so the daughters age is 8
