Resources for PUZZLE Solving

Hi..

I apologize if i am breaking some (un)written law of this site by asking for help here...but i did not find any other place to post my msg, so please oblige..

Just wanted to know if there are any online resources that help in developnig the mind and provide some tips on how to tackle these puzzles...
