Eclipse and VC++ 6.0?

I see that Eclipse has a c++ plug-in for the enviornment ( http://www.eclipse.org/cdt/ ).  I love the refactoring tools and am wondering if anyone uses this IDE alongside VC++ 6.0?  Are the refactoring tools available?

Does anyone know of anything other IDE's or plugins for VC++ that contain the same refactoring as Eclipse?

I've been using the CDT for a while now (already using Eclipse, and on Linux). As far as I can tell, the refactoring tools aren't available.

Even the content assist (member completion, open decleration etc.) doesn't work for me, so I don't think you'd gain much by moving over.

From what I gather from the newsgroups, they've recognized that the indexing is very inefficient, and are working on improving it.

What about in Eclipse 3.0?

I'm pretty sure I saw a mention on the Refactoring mailing list of a doohickey for emacs for C++ refactoring, but it is not mentioned at http://www.refactoring.com/tools.html A couple are, though, so maybe you'll find something useful from there.
