How to install Asian' language in WinXP ???

I don't know how to install, but when i come some url of Japan or Korea, it's always automatic ask me install font of asian, and the path is (CD setup XP):\i386\lang\cplexe.exe, I must do is chose, of course, for this way I can install asian language.

But how to install asian language in winXP without connect Internet? I come folder i386\lang and search the file name cplexe, it's disapear :-( ???. Please teach me how to excite this file ??? how to install asian language without connect Internet?????

Open: Control Panel > Date, Time, Language, and Regional Options > Regional and Language Options

Now click the Languages tab.

Tung, under the languages tab you should be able to find all the options.
