Reading Usenet with Outlook

Besides using Outlook Express, is there a way to read newsgroups with MS Outlook?

Not directly.  However, the NewsGator plugin (an RSS aggregator) now says that it supports newsgroups too.

Also, this topic was just discussed recently:

I really like Newsgator as an aggregator. I wouldn't recommend it as a newsreader though. Since Newsgator dumps the posts in an Outlook folder, you have no treaded view, which is a major PITA.

I am using outlook express to read my news. no problems so far.  I am subscribed to a couple of lists recommended by friends.... However, I find it very difficult to find more news servers...
is there a web site with lists of servers?
thanks
