So hey, about to attend my first MS TechEd conference this week...gotta admit, never been to one of these things, so I'm a bit nervous =)
Too many Tech Eds
"a large gathering of pasty, white middle aged men wearing shorts (that are too short) with black socks and dress shoes."
You know about the "no pants" thing, right?
No pants, or no underpants??
If one has no underpants, one pants, neh?
Wow, how will I ever manage to pay attention to the seminars with all those hot studs running around everywhere? lol...
What's the "no pants" thing?
Since everyone just wears khaki dockers anyway, there's this group consensus thing that after the first day everyone just wears swimsuits or running shorts and save on the drycleaning costs.
Well that's good! This is San Diego...you're likely to catch heat stroke if you walk around all day in a suit and tie, lol.
And of course, if you do decide to wear swimsuits or running shorts, they should be flattering to your package.
OK...first day is half over, and I have yet to see anyone wearing a suit n' tie...even the Microsofties are all in business casual. I'll report back tomorrow on whether anyone had the audacity to run around in a speedo ;-)
