Suggestions of best Python IDE?



Any suggestions of the best IDE for developing GUI Python apps on Windows?

Well I just downloaded Boa Constructor (see my previous Python on Windows thread) and it's not too bad.  It's got a "strange" interface -- I'm still not sure what to make of it.  However, it does have a good GUI builder.

If there is anything more "VisualStudio-like" I'd like to see it.
