MP3 tool

I need to break long MP3 tracks to smaller parts. For example, I have 20 min track and I want to have 5 tracks  4 min each one. Any tool that allows to do that without too much effort ?

P.S. Purpose: just want to burn CDs with fairy tales for my daughter. It's not quite good to have 20 min track on CD.

Convert the file to a WAV file and then edit the WAV using any number of already available WAV editing tools?
