CVS Changesets under windows

Does anybody know of a program that will give me changesets from the CVS repository, that runs natively under windows?

cvs2cl.pl
This will generate a change log in text or xml. There is also cvs2html.pl

thanks, but not quite what I am looking for.  I am looking for something that will give me a history of all changes that occurred between tags, not by file, but by project.

cvsps does this under unix.

Unfortunately cvs doesn't have changesets similar, say, to changelists in perforce. That is a known limitation.

Look for cvs-exp . a perl script which uses log to generate a list of what changed when.

Has anyone managed to get the date format into the thing? the problem is that CVS uses '>' as a parameter, not a redirect, for certain date formats. I've just needed recent changes so I run the whole script and copy the end of the output.
